“Hannah held an honest umbrella for healing and discovery as she invited me to look into my own feelings and emotions in order to hold a more clear and confident space for my daughter. I value her experience as a mother and her own learning/study skills which she shared in a fresh and thoughtful manner. I feel excited for the potential and opportunities of her workspace and hope to join more in the future.” - Bella Edmond
Women's Rage Club
Imagine a world of collaboration - being on a team of women in fierce love!
Up until now you have lived in scarcity, playing the ‘I can do it all by myself’ game, looking strong and having it all together. The results are - you know what you are doing, you can control the outcome, you get to choose - and you are alone.
Yet - a healthy ecosystem needs its diversity to thrive. How much are you thriving?
When you collaborate, possibilities previously unseen arise.
Collaboration happens when you are able to look after yourself. When you keep your center, learn to say yes/no, make proposals, negotiate, look after your space, hold space while journeying into unknown territories, take a stand and hold space for what you bring, to be clear and stay in integrity. Your conscious Anger opens these possibilities and allows healing the parts of you still living in scarcity.
Join us in this experiential discovery space of how to use anger to be on a team.
Bring your unique flavor and find out how life becomes richer when you collaborate.
Receive the gifts of five different women and experience the flavors of their spaceholding!
Mother's Rage Club
As a Mother in modern culture you are expected to be perfect: be organised, have endless planned activities for kids, keep up a social life, keep a clean house, cook from scratch, have endless composure, have well behaved and compliant children, have a career that is flying, take to mothering with ease and joy, be ever present, patient and happy, always put the children before yourself, and especially never get angry.
Sound impossible? It is. And the cost of trying is high… Your sanity, and a high emotional load. And to top it all off you beat yourself up for not being ‘good enough’. The possibility of resenting your children, losing attraction to your partner, being overwhelmed and lacking inspiration becomes a reality in this space.
You learned that anger is bad and you shouldn’t feel it. Ever. Because of this you banish your anger, it becomes unconscious and comes out sideways as complaining, gossiping, ranting, blaming, resenting and destroying spaces energetically. Your desire to be the ‘perfect mother’, a myth, along with the shame about feeling angry because you cannot attain it, is the perfect catalyst for this torrent of destructive, unconscious behaviour.
Your unconscious anger is probably still invisible to you.
Something completely different than this is possible.
It starts with changing your relationship to the energy of Anger.
What you're angry about is what you care about.
You care about your child(ren) and being present for them.
You care about having a loving connection with your partner.
By upgrading your thoughtware about what Anger is, you can relate to it differently and create different results in your life. When you can detect your anger at lower levels of intensity and use it to stay present, find your clarity to say YES and NO, set and hold boundaries and say what you want and ask for it, your life starts to shift. Your anger contains important and useful information for the navigation of daily life. You can begin to practise listening to this and using your anger consciously instead of allowing your reactivity to get the better of you.
A YES to Mother’s Rage Club is a YES to your Life.
